Build your 12-month FU Money Plan in 4 weeks.
The FU Money Plan Cohort is a 4-week working group where we look at what you want your work and income to do for you, what you already have working in your favor, and the best ways to get there.
You leave knowing what you’re prioritizing now, what you’re testing next, and what you’re deliberately not wasting your time on.
You can spend Q4 growing on LinkedIn or Substack, finding clients, launching something, changing your offer, adding another income stream, or making what you already have work better.
But before you sink hundreds of hours into any of it, know what it’s supposed to do for you: make money now, create more opportunities later, reduce your dependence on one income source, or make your business less dependent on your time.
Starts September 22 · 4 live working sessions + replays · $397 through September 15 · Regular price $497

FU Money means having enough income, runway, assets, reputation, and options you control that no single job, client, business, platform, or person can dictate what happens next.
You may keep the job you love. Grow your business. Shrink it. Take a break. Add another income stream. Change direction later.
The point is having choices before you need them.
Your next move should be something you decide, rather than something your bills decide for you.
Get clear on what you want your work, income, time, and life to look like 12 months from now, and what your work actually needs to deliver to make that possible.
How much does it need to earn? How much do you want to work? What needs to change from the way you work and earn today? What would make you meaningfully less dependent a year from now?
Map how money comes into your life today, where you’re overly dependent, and which ways of earning are most likely to support the life and income target you set in Week 1.
You might strengthen an existing offer, add a revenue stream, productize something you already do, change how your business makes money, or keep your current income in place while you build the next thing.
The goal is to identify the one or two paths that make the most sense for you, not collect random income streams or invent ten new business ideas.
You may discover that you don’t need another income stream at all. You may need to restructure, diversify, productize, or create more leverage around revenue you already have.
Figure out how the right people will discover you, understand what you do, and know what they can hire you for, buy from you, refer you for, or recommend you for.
Your income plan needs enough visibility and demand behind it to work. Depending on the path you chose in Week 2, that could mean clients, customers, referrals, partnerships, job opportunities, negotiating leverage, or demand for something you’re building.
You don’t need to become an influencer or build a giant audience. You need enough visibility with the right people to create the opportunities your plan depends on.
Turn your work and income target, income priorities, and visibility plan into one 12-month plan you can actually follow.
By the end, you’ll know what you’re prioritizing now, what you’re testing next, what milestones you’re working toward, and what you’re deliberately leaving alone so you don’t spend the next year trying to build six things at once.
That last phrase is especially good because it speaks directly to the person who has 14 possible ideas and is burning time trying to do all of them.
You know something needs to change in how you work or earn, even if you’re not yet sure exactly what the next version looks like.
You want more income, flexibility, ownership, or options and need to figure out what deserves your time.
You’re building something alongside a job, consulting work, or another source of income and want to know what could realistically become meaningful income.
Your business already works, but too much of the revenue depends on you, one client, one offer, one platform, or constantly finding the next thing.
You have several possible paths and need to decide which one or two actually support the income and working life you want.
You can be employed, self-employed, running a business, building something on the side, or somewhere between versions of your working life.
You don’t need an audience, finished offer, polished business model, or everything figured out before you join.
You just need to know that you want more choice in how you work and earn.
This isn’t four weeks of me talking at you. You’ll bring your own situation, questions, ideas, and decisions into the sessions so we can actually work through them together.

The FU Money Plan Cohort is new. I’ve spent years helping people get clearer on their work, business, income, and next moves. Here’s what some of the people I’ve coached and advised have said.
I’ve spent more than 20 years in marketing, built and co-owned three agencies, served as a Fractional CMO, advised founders, and worked with brands including Apple, HP, Sephora, Samsung, and REI.
I also know firsthand that a successful career doesn’t automatically give you much control over what happens next.
At 38, after selling my agency shares and going through a divorce, I assumed my experience and résumé would make replacing my income relatively easy.
More than 200 job applications later, nobody had hired me.
Since then, I’ve tested 12 different income streams and made six major business pivots. Some worked. Some didn’t. A few made very good money and still created a way of working I didn’t want to keep.
That’s why I built FU Money Plan.
I want you to make these decisions deliberately, while you still have options, instead of waiting for circumstances to make them for you.

Discover if FU Money Plan is right for you.
I already have savings and investments. Isn’t that FU money?
They can absolutely be part of it. But ask yourself: if your primary income disappeared tomorrow, how long would that money actually buy you?
FU Money is also what helps you create more: income sources, skills, intellectual property, relationships, reputation, assets, and options you control.
The goal isn’t just having money you can spend. It’s building enough financial runway and earning power that you have choices.
Do I need to know what I want to build before I join?
No.
If you already have ideas, we’ll pressure-test them. If you don’t, figuring out your strongest options is part of the process.
You don’t need to arrive with a business idea, offer, side hustle, or perfectly mapped-out future.
Do I need an existing business or audience?
No.
You can be employed, self-employed, running a business, building something on the side, or figuring out what comes next.
We start with what you already know, what you have, what you want, and what your income needs to support.
What if I already have a successful business or career?
That’s completely fine.
You may be earning very good money and still depend heavily on one employer, a handful of clients, your own labor, a platform, or a business you no longer want to run the same way.
The work is just as useful when things are going well and you want to create more options before you need them.
How much time will this take?
There are four 60-minute live working sessions. Most of the additional work happens through the worksheets and decisions you make between sessions. You can go as deep as you want, but this is designed to fit around an existing job, business, or family.
What if I can’t attend every session live?
All four sessions are recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to the replays and program materials.
What’s the difference between Book 1 and the cohort?
The 30-Day FU Money Plan: Book 1 is the self-guided starting point. It helps you assess where you stand today, including your income dependencies, financial runway, and biggest areas of risk.
The cohort goes much further. We work live over four weeks to decide what you want next and build your revenue, recognition, and 12-month FU Money Plan together.
If you prefer to start on your own, Book 1 is available for $29. Start with the book. NOTE: Book 1 is included with your cohort enrollment. You do not need to complete the entire book before we start. Before our first session, I’d like you to complete the 12-question FU Money Assessment so we have a baseline for where you stand today. The rest of the book is yours to work through at your own pace and use as a companion to the cohort.
Is FU Money Plan financial advice?
FU Money Plan is an educational business and career strategy program focused on building more choice and control around how you work and earn.
I do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no specific income or financial result is guaranteed.
The goal is a workable plan for the next 12 months, based on your actual life, experience, financial needs, and capacity.
If that’s what you need, I’d love to work through it with you.
