Not because they’re lying — because they’re only showing you the highlight reel. Not the cost. Not the timeline. Not the hours.
That gap is what pushes people to quit stable jobs, chase a 30-day promise, and end up in debt, in strained relationships, or quietly walking back a goal they announced to their whole audience.
Creator Paybook is a live, guided 4-week cohort that pulls back the curtain — real business strategy for independent service providers who want to get paid, on their own terms, without the highlight-reel version of someone else's playbook.
Twenty years ago, I needed this.
When I became a mother, the career I’d worked so hard to build no longer fit the life I wanted. I still had ambition — but my definition of success had changed. I wanted meaningful work, financial stability, and the freedom to be present for my family.
What I didn’t have was a roadmap. No one was helping me think through what kind of business would actually support the life I wanted to build.
So I spent the next two decades figuring it out — not by following someone else’s blueprint, but by designing a business that fit my own.
Along the way, I built an agency, worked as a Fractional CMO, tested nearly a dozen revenue streams, and helped hundreds of founders and independent professionals rethink their positioning, offers, pricing, and growth.
Creator Paybook is the framework I wish I’d had.
Content creation isn’t the problem. Getting paid for it — sustainably, on realistic terms — is.
Most creator income stories only show you the highlight reel. Not the cost of getting there. Not the real timeline. Not the hours nobody posts about.
It’s not usually a lie. It’s an angle — a small, curated slice of the full picture, presented as the whole story.
But that gap is dangerous. It’s what convinces people to quit stable jobs chasing a number that isn’t real, to announce a goal to their whole audience and then quietly fall short of it, to put a relationship under strain because they promised a timeline they couldn’t keep.
This isn’t about whether you should stay a consultant, coach, or freelancer — start an agency, raise your prices, build a digital product, or find the right recurring revenue model. Those are real questions. But you can’t answer them by copying someone else’s highlight reel.
There isn’t one formula. There’s only the business — and the honest numbers — that are actually right for you.
That’s the gap Creator Paybook fills.
You have expertise, but your strategy, business model, or revenue goals need an update.
You’re unclear on what else to sell, what to charge, or what should come next.
You’re tired of chasing clients and want more stability than project-to-project work or one large client holding your income together.
You want a business that fits your life. You care about profit, but not at the expense of your health, family, freedom, or enjoyment of the work.
Creator Paybook is for consultants, freelancers, coaches, founders, creators, and service providers who want to build a profitable business around their expertise — on their own terms.
I spent two decades building businesses from nearly every angle — first running a creative technology agency in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, then fully remote post-COVID as a fractional CMO and solo operator, testing more than a dozen income streams along the way.
Today my work reaches a community of 77,000+ followers and 37,000+ newsletter readers, and I’ve been named a LinkedIn Top Voice three years running.
I’m building Creator Paybook to help independent professionals create profitable businesses around their expertise — without sacrificing the life they wanted the business to support.
Years building and growing businesses, including work with top brands like Apple, Google, HP, Samsung, Microsoft, and more.

You won’t leave with someone else’s formula. You’ll leave with your own Creator Paybook.
I’m building this business in front of you — because I’m living what I teach.
Creator Paybook isn’t a formula I read about. It’s the framework behind my own reinvention: twenty years, one agency, a Fractional CMO chapter, nearly a dozen revenue streams tested, and a business today that’s grown to 77,000+ followers and 37,000+ newsletter readers — built entirely on my own terms, from the French Alps, around a life I actually chose.
I’m not teaching you a theory. I’m teaching you the exact thinking I use on myself, right now, as I build this.
2. Bigger isn’t always better.
3. More revenue doesn’t automatically create more freedom.
4. Attention is only valuable if it leads to opportunity.
5. Entrepreneurship should create more choices — not more obligations.
6.Your business should support your life — not consume it.
The right business won’t look the same for everyone. That’s exactly the point.
The first Creator Paybook cohort is intentionally small.
This isn’t a library of pre-recorded videos you’ll never finish. It’s a working session where you’ll leave with a business designed around your goals, your strengths, and the life you actually want.
You’ll receive:
We’ll build your business together over four weeks, not just talk about it.
Templates and exercises you can return to long after the cohort ends.
Clarify what to sell, how to package it, and what to charge with confidence.
Leave with clear priorities instead of another notebook full of ideas.
This is a live cohort — not a library of pre-recorded videos. You’re not watching webinars alone. You get direct access to me, live, throughout the four weeks. That’s part of why this costs more than a typical course — and it’s the part most people tell me is worth it.
Can’t attend live? You’ll have every session replay and all materials, permanently.
You’ll also have direct access to me throughout the four weeks. Bring your questions, your ideas, your messy business. We’ll work through them together.
40 days complimentary access to the pop-up community — Starting August 29th, 10 days before kickoff, so you can start connecting with fellow founding members before week one even begins.
A note on coaching: Creator Paybook is not a substitute for 1:1 coaching — it’s a live, cohort-based container for building your business alongside others. If you want deeper, individual support beyond the cohort, I have a limited number of 1:1 coaching spots available separately (details will be sent via email post-enrollment.
Some people want to scale. Some want recurring revenue. Some want Fridays off. None of those goals are wrong — the goal is building the right business for you, not the biggest one.
That's the goal of the Creator Paybook.

Creator Paybook is not for you if you’re looking for a 30-day windfall, a guaranteed formula, or a business someone else can design for you.
It’s not for people chasing a quick-money story that falls apart the moment you ask real business questions.
It’s not for anyone hoping to buy another course, watch a few videos, and wait for the business to change on its own.
And it’s not for people who want to copy someone else’s income model without considering whether it fits their strengths, priorities, or life.
Creator Paybook is for people willing to put in a real year building a real business — who are ready to make thoughtful decisions, do the work, and build something profitable around their own definition of success.
Discover if Creator Paybook is right for you.
Creator Paybook is designed for independent professionals — consultants, freelancers, coaches, founders, creators, and service providers — who want to build a business intentionally instead of by default. Whether you’re just getting started or redesigning an existing business, the goal is the same: build a business that supports the life you actually want to live.
No. A larger audience can help, but it won’t fix the wrong business model. Creator Paybook helps you design the right offers, pricing, and revenue model first — then make better use of the attention you already have.
Is this a content creation course?
No. There are already plenty of excellent courses on content strategy, copywriting, video, and platform growth. Creator Paybook starts where those courses stop — focusing on what to do with attention once you have it: your business model, offers, pricing, and long-term sustainability.
No. We’ll explore consulting, services, workshops, digital products, memberships, licensing, partnerships, and hybrid models — then design the one that fits your expertise and lifestyle.
Absolutely. Many participants won’t be starting from scratch — they’ll be redesigning businesses they’ve already built, rethinking offers, pricing, or positioning.
What if I can’t attend live?
No problem. Every session is recorded, and you’ll get lifetime access to the recordings, worksheets, and planning tools.
When does the first cohort begin?
The Founding Edition kicks off September 8th, 2026. Enrollment opens in August — and I’m intentionally keeping this first cohort small, so it’s a high-quality, hands-on experience rather than a crowded room. Join the waitlist now to be first in line when enrollment opens.
There isn’t one right way to build a business. There never was.
There’s only the business that’s right for you.
Let’s design it together.
