1. The Program
Creator Paybook is a live, guided 4-week educational cohort. Enrollment grants you access to live sessions, worksheets, planning tools, and related materials as described on the enrollment page for the cohort session you purchase. The Program is educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific income, business, or financial results. Outcomes depend on your own effort, market conditions, and circumstances outside our control.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Kit Commerce. By purchasing, you authorize Unignorable Brands, LLC to charge the payment method provided for the full enrollment price, including any payment plan installments if applicable. Founding pricing, where offered, is available only through the stated deadline and is non-retroactive.
3. Refund & Credit Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. If you are unable to participate in a cohort you’ve enrolled in, you may request a credit toward a future cohort of Creator Paybook, subject to the following: Credit requests must be submitted in writing to hello@unignorablebrands.co before the cohort’s start date (September 8th for the Founding Cohort). Credit is applied toward the next available cohort at the price in effect for that cohort; it does not lock in founding pricing indefinitely. Credit is valid for one (1) future cohort and is non-transferable to another person. No-shows and mid-cohort withdrawals are not eligible for credit or refund; access to remaining live sessions and materials continues, but no compensation is issued for sessions not attended. We understand life happens. If your situation falls outside these terms, reach out — decisions on exceptions are made at our sole discretion.
4. Access & Delivery
Upon enrollment, you will receive access details for live sessions and course materials. You are responsible for attending live sessions at the scheduled times or reviewing any recordings made available. We are not responsible for missed sessions due to technical issues on your end, time zone confusion, or scheduling conflicts. “Lifetime access,” where offered, refers to continued access to Program materials for as long as the Program itself is offered and hosted by the Company, and is subject to change if the platform or Program is discontinued.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of Creator Paybook, including but not limited to frameworks, worksheets, videos, templates, and the “Creator Paybook” name and methodology, are the intellectual property of Unignorable Brands, LLC. You may use these materials for your own personal or business purposes but may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or teach them to others as your own without written permission.
6. Community & Conduct
If the Program includes any live community, pop-up, or group component, participants are expected to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from community spaces or live sessions for harassment, disruptive behavior, or conduct that negatively affects other participants, without refund or credit.
7. Disclaimer
Creator Paybook provides education and frameworks related to business strategy, offer design, and monetization. Nothing in the Program constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made in your business as a result of participating in the Program.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unignorable Brands, LLC and its founder, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your participation in or inability to participate in the Program.
9. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify the Program’s content, format, schedule, or delivery method, provided the overall value and educational scope remains consistent with what was promised at the time of purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
